First of all, the surface of the substrate should be cleaned well. If there is water, dust, stains and other pollution on the surface of the substrate, it will seriously affect the adhesion of sealant to the substrate, leading to the failure of sealant adhesion. Therefore, the surface of the base material should be cleaned with appropriate solvents or cleaning agents before the sealant is applied, and then the construction should be carried out after drying.During construction, the rubber nozzle should be cut into a proper size so that the rubber nozzle can extend into 1/2 of the joint. Glue injection should be slow and even, so that the glue fills the joints without leaving gaps, and proper pressure should be ensured to make the glue fully contact the surface of the substrate. When sizing, the ambient temperature should be between 5-40℃ and the relative humidity should be between 40%-80%. It is not suitable for sizing in too dry or humid weather, too low or too high temperature, and it is not suitable for sizing on the surface or substrate with direct sunlight temperature exceeding 50℃. After sizing, the mucilage can't get wet before curing, and can't bear the load and displacement.
